C-suite advisory
Four years advising Global Client Service Partners on Fortune accounts — CEO succession analysis, and programmes taught by INSEAD and Columbia faculty.
I build the decision systems that don't exist yet.
The org charts nobody publishes, the margins nobody could see, the dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet. All of it opens below.

The demo is the real build on a synthetic fleet, so you can click anything — the version on live client data stays password-gated. On both studies I contributed the analysis behind the published piece; I am not a credited author, and the contributor list is one click away.
What I do
Case study · EY, Center for Executive Leadership
EY · Americas · 2022–2026I sat inside EY's Center for Executive Leadership, serving Global Client Service Partners on Fortune accounts. The work ran from standing advisory programmes to a method I built for reconstructing information that isn't published anywhere — and it is the bulk of my career, not a footnote to it.
The standing programme I ran: pairing senior advisors with EY's priority accounts, and giving partners what they needed before a boardroom conversation — the client's leadership, its priorities, and where EY could actually be useful. I went on to lead the CEO / CRO / CAE pillars on the same model, and the Future of CRO programme, taught by INSEAD and Columbia Business School faculty.
Partners kept needing the same thing: who actually reports to whom inside a Fortune 500 account, and who a decision really routes through. That is published nowhere. I built the reconstruction method — BoardEx and RelSci for board and executive relationships, LinkedIn Recruiter for roles and recent moves, appointment announcements and press for the reporting lines. No single source is enough; it lives in the cross-referencing.
I turned it into Org Structure Analysis — a repeatable offering partners could order like any other deliverable, rather than a favour I did once. It won the Pursuing Innovation Award. The same instinct produced Trigonometry, an automated CXO-transition and M&A alerting tool that told a partner about a move on their own account before they read it elsewhere.
A CEO-succession analysis with Paul Carbonneau, EY Americas Strategy & Transformation Co-Leader — why the board removed Narasimhan, what Niccol's Chipotle record predicted, which of his people would follow him in, and where that left Starbucks against its market. Board-level succession and transition advisory, not a briefing note.
I contributed the analysis behind two published EY-Parthenon articles — not as a credited author, but the work is public and checkable. Between them: 220 S&P 500 companies, 1,000+ compensation weights read out of proxy statements, and 460,000+ metric mentions across 8,000 quarterly transcripts.

Case study · The build
Live buildHow I took a real logistics operation off scattered Excel files and onto a live dashboard that ties every operating decision to EBITDA — with real optimisation solvers behind each number.
The leadership cockpit — live operations data, refreshed from four Google Sheets.
A logistics operator ran 108 trucks across 4 depots on four separate Google Sheets, each owned by a different person. Leadership couldn't see utilisation, empty miles, or how day-to-day dispatch decisions hit the P&L — and the raw data was full of swapped dates, double-counted trips and drifting columns.
I built a dashboard that syncs and heals all four sheets, then runs actual solvers — route (OR-Tools), load-packing, backhaul matching and network optimisation — behind every figure. A cost→EBITDA attribution layer makes each rupee of modelled saving reconcile to a real cost-ledger delta, so nothing is hand-waved.
Raw dispatch logs became a board one-pager: modelled savings, a corrected ~80% utilisation (a metric that had read a false 59%), 16% deadhead miles to attack, and a live "what needs attention" list — demurrage, customer concentration, next moves.
Work
Builds that took a messy real-world problem and turned it into software and savings.
Daily-status tracker replacing an Excel workflow — 108 vehicles across 4 supervisors, with live charts on uptime and supervisor load.
Streamlit dashboard on live client operations data — route & network optimization tied to the P&L, with an EBITDA Sankey for CEO-level insight. Try the demo ↗
Multi-sheet Excel analytics tracking GGBS and cement volumes, pricing, and offtake performance. Supported a commercial pitch to a major cement manufacturer.
Co-founded and operationally manage an Airbnb rental arbitrage business — pricing strategy, listing optimization, unit economics.
Climate risk scores for any location, plus a logistics Lane Board that assesses 7 real dispatch corridors on live weather and ranks them with dispatch verdicts — cargo-aware (bagged cement vs bulker vs RMC). Try it live ↗
A RandomForest trained on the Government of India's district-wise crop statistics (data.gov.in, 1997–2022) predicts yield for any Indian district, crop and season — with an uncertainty band, 24-year history and an honest model card. Evaluated on a true temporal holdout, not a fabricated accuracy. Try it live ↗

Led end-to-end strategy & business excellence for a ₹350 Cr logistics group — owning GTM for the construction-materials vertical, market expansion and performance governance, reporting to the MD. Built the analytics and margin infrastructure from zero, including the cost engine in the case study above.
Bengaluru · Center for Executive Leadership
C-suite advisory for Global Client Service Partners on Fortune accounts — 100+ executive decks and 20+ decision dashboards. Built Org Structure Analysis into an orderable service line (Pursuing Innovation Award), led the CEO / CRO / CAE pillars and the Advisor-in-Residence programme, and shipped Trigonometry, an automated CXO-transition and M&A alerting tool. Used 5 GenAI tools to cut deliverable turnaround ~40%.
